I offer professional, private yoga sessions at your home, office or hotel. I also partner with studios in Kensington and Chelsea by arrangement, so you can visit me for a truly invigorating zen experience or take part in one of my classes!

Hatha Yoga helps you achieve harmony through a combination of movement, meditation and breathing techniques. "Ha" represent the esoteric sun and "tha" the moon; and the union (or yoke)  of these two sacred life forces  create balance, wellness and good fortune. Hatha Yoga is great for improving strength, flexibility and body tone and offers excellent results for body sculpting and definition


Yin yoga works muscle and connective tissue in deep, targeted and intense stretches. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints to improve flexibility, strength and energy flow. Asanas (poses)  are held for long period of time (3-5 minutes) with a strong focus on breathing and meditation. This inspired Taoist technique remove blockages in the myofascial meridians, balances the body’s internal systems and restores health, wellbeing and vitality to body, mind and spirit.


The loveliness of Vinyasa yoga is its grace. You will learn to coordinate movement with harmony to flow from one pose to the next in a beautiful seamless sequence. The session may be dynamic and focus on strengthening postures, or it can be slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility in the spine or the hips. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style and intensity can be defined by you.
